Chang graduated from National Taipei University of the Arts, studying under Mr. Yeh Shu-Han. He has been mentored by renowned trumpet masters Guy Touvron and Eric Aubier. He has performed over 100 concerto engagements with institutions including NTU, NTHU, NCTU, and NCKU. He currently teaches at Nan Men Junior High School and the music class of Guting Elementary School.
