Kuo has won First Prize in the Naftzger Young Artists Competition and Jefferson Symphony Competition. At just 20 years old, she competed against musicians up to age 30 and won Third Prize in the National Flute Association Young Artist Competition.

She has been invited to major festivals such as the Verbier Festival Junior Orchestra, Music Academy of the West, Taipei Music Academy and Festival, and the Sarasota Music Festival. Beyond performance, Ms. Kuo is committed to using music for social impact. In 2023, she organized a charity recital in Taiwan titled "Sound of Home", featuring global repertoire and a commissioned work by a Taiwanese composer, with all proceeds donated to two orphanages.
