Cecilia Fang was admitted to the National Taiwan University of Arts Music Department with top grades. After graduating, she was accepted to the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna to study with Prof. Frischenschlager.

She has received numerous awards, including 1st prize in the Taiwan National Adult Violin Competition and 2nd prize in the Taipei City Young Musician Competition.

In 1996, she was selected to perform and tour with the Asian Youth Orchestra. In 1997, she was invited to represent Taiwan in a solo performance at the "Sugarhall Asia New Talent Recital" in Okinawa, Japan.

Cecilia is very passionate about youth classical music education. Apart from music, she enjoys family life, practices Chinese calligraphy, visits art exhibitions, and arranges independent travels.
